About the Art Poster: Kenzie DeHose Sr., an artist from Cibecue and a proud member of the White Bamboo Clan, works with woodburning, paint, pencil, ink, and digital media. His art, steeped in traditional representation, emphasizes movement and storytelling. His drawing—donated to Native Women Scholars Inc.—symbolizes the transformative journey of a girl evolving into a young woman, embodying the strength and wisdom she will nurture for herself and her family.
